De-cluttering for Life Balance

By FoundTime On December 4th, 2010

Life balance is a term we all hear again and again. It is something that many of us strive for but, I personally feel, might be a myth; reducing our stress and chaos not only physically, but, mentally, socially and spiritually.  Many of us may find balance in one area, but seldom do we find balance in all areas, allowing one to truly say, “I have found Life-Balance.” I have decided to find this so-called life-balance, and in doing so, I am going to write about my experiences first hand. My experiences will balance, my physical and mental health, relationships, work, and home. By doing this for myself, a professional organizer, I feel others will benefit in finding freedom to enjoy their own lives. After all, Life-balance can provide:

At Work

  • Feeling more rested and energized
  • Working more productively and getting more accomplished, leading to greater career success
  • More fulfillment from work

In Life

  • Improving relationships with family and friends
  • Better physical and mental health
  • Making choices about your priorities, rather than sacrifices among them
  • More leisure time to spend with loved ones, or time for yourself

My first endeavor will begin tomorrow… beginning a new exercise regime.

Happy Organizing,

Wendi
